* Most subscriptions are delivered within 1 to 2 hours after successful payment.
* Delivery time may vary depending on the subscription type and availability.

3. Extended Delivery Time

* If a subscription requires more than 1–2 hours for delivery, the expected delivery time will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
* Customers are advised to read the product description carefully before placing an order.
* By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the delivery time stated on the product page.

* Once the subscription is delivered, confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
* It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct.

STCUT is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect contact information.

5. Failure to Deliver

In the rare case that STCUT is unable to provide the subscription within 24 hours of successful payment:
* A 100% refund will be issued
* No deductions or commissions will be charged
* Refund will be processed to the original payment method

This is the only refund scenario, as explained in our Refund Policy.
