At STCUT (stcut.in), we sell digital subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products and subscription services, returns are not available under any circumstances once a subscription has been delivered or activated.

Digital subscriptions cannot be returned after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited and are applicable only in the following scenario:

Eligible Refund Case
* The customer has successfully made the payment, and
* STCUT is unable to provide or activate the purchased subscription within 24 hours of payment.

In this case:
* A 100% refund of the paid amount will be processed
* No commission or deductions will be applied
* The refund will be made to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
* Customer changes their mind after purchase
* Refund requested 1–2 hours after purchase stating the subscription is no longer needed
* Refund requested after partial or full usage
* Refund requested after days, weeks, or months of usage
* Subscription has already been delivered or activated

Once a subscription is delivered, no refund (full or partial) will be issued.

Replacement & Credit Policy

STCUT offers replacement through store credit instead of refunds in eligible cases.

How Replacement Works
* The used subscription period will be calculated
* The value of used days will be deducted
* The remaining balance will be issued as STCUT Store Credit

Store Credit Usage
* Store credit can be used for future purchases on stcut.in
* Store credit cannot be withdrawn as cash
* Store credit is non-transferable

Sharing & Private Subscription Rules

Sharing Subscription
* Credit from a sharing subscription can be used only to purchase another sharing subscription
* It cannot be used to purchase a private number subscription

Private Number Subscription
* Credit from a private number subscription can be used to purchase:
* Another private subscription, or
* A sharing subscription
